Alan McBride FCCA, Managing Director
Alan is an accountant by background. He entered the recruitment industry in 1984 by joining a fast growth, post MBO, IT recruitment business (Hunterskil), and was appointed FD in 1987 and MD in 1992. During Alan's time at Hunterskil turnover grew from £5m to over £70m and he left in 1997 after the successful sale to a US Group which is now part of Adecco.
Alan formed his own recruitment business in 1998, specialising in senior financial recruitment for the growth company market. He created a niche in recruiting at FD level for companies in sectors such as recruitment, marketing services and leisure / hospitality. Within the recruitment sector Alan has successfully placed FD's with a number of listed recruitment businesses and several private equity backed groups and quickly became known as the principal source of FD's for the sector. He built this business to a peak of 10 staff, with healthy profitability before exiting the business in 2010 after a sale to a top 20 accountancy practice.
His personal experience of being both an FD and an MD within the recruitment sector gives him a unique insight into the needs of both parties from such a relationship and helps him maintain a consultative stance at all times.

Sachin Ruparelia, Director
Sachin graduated in Economics in 2003 and entered the recruitment industry with Reed Employment and then Reed Accountancy, where he gained a thorough grounding in the industry and best practice through working on a variety of permanent and temporary positions.
Sachin joined Balanced People in 2005 and through working with Alan for 5 years he developed a strong understanding of accountancy and an affinity with the recruitment sector, which quickly became his chosen niche. Since 2005, he has been building a large network in the Recruitment sector and has made numerous appointments in finance for a number of SME’s and many of the larger corporates in the sector. He has recruited a variety of finance roles from relatively junior positions up to FD level.
At the beginning of 2011, Sachin joined a listed recruitment business to set up a London office for their accountancy division and spent a year focusing on financial recruitment for the recruitment sector, consolidating his sector expertise and winning a big biller award along the way. Success in this role has given Sachin the confidence to reunite with Alan to position Camino Partners as the Accountancy Recruitment business for the Recruitment Sector.

Matt Newman, Director
Matt achieved a 2.1 in Politics in 2006 and then successfully entered Computacenter’s graduate training scheme. He excelled in a pressurised, corporate environment that required high levels of business development and relationship building.
Matt left the UK to spend 18 months in Sydney Australia in 2008 where he worked for a high profile bank in a role focussed on improving client satisfaction.
Matt was hired by Alan & Sachin upon his return to London in January 2010. He has specialised in financial recruitment for the recruitment sector ever since with great success. He had a particular focus on recruiting within Payroll, Credit Control and Billing as well as part qualified and junior level roles. Matt joined Camino Partners in March 2012, his background compliments Alan & Sachin’s experience allowing the business to fully focus on financial recruitment at all levels.
