Camino Partners is the specialist Financial and Executive recruitment consultancy for the recruitment sector.

The name "Camino" is derived from the Spanish word meaning "path" or "way" and as such, defines our role to help our clients move forward, whilst helping our candidates pursue their chosen career path.

"Partners" represents the depth of relationship we aim to develop as we strive to be trusted advisors to our candidates and recruitment partners to our clients. As our own team grows, our internal culture will be one of "inclusion" and partnership too.

We recognise that good recruiters can recruit any role for any company. However, we see huge benefits to our clients, our candidates and ourselves from working as specialists within a chosen niche market.

Our chosen niche is financial recruitment (at all levels from the relatively junior up to FD/CFO level ) for companies in the recruitment, staffing, human capital and related sectors.
